This course will ensure that all staff are aware of the intrinsic benefits of peer to peer support and how best to use it in your provision.

The learning objectives for this course are as follows:

  1. To gain insights into effective peer to peer observations in early years
  2. To develop an understanding of the benefits and impact of peer to peer observations
  3. To explore effective peer to peer observation strategies
  4. To develop their own healthy peer to peer ethos
  5. To learn and develop strategies, which facilitate good practice in peer to peer observations

This course will ensure your practice is in line with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage, The Early Years Framework and The Foundation Phase. It will also support your continuous professional development in line with the Early Years Teachers Standards.
