Leading a team in any workplace or setting comes with its own set of issues. To make sure the team is working to the best of its ability you need to be aware of these issues and the struggles that come along with leading a team.

This course will help you to understand what is involved with being a manager and how you can overcome any issues you might face during your leadership.

This course will ensure your practice is in line with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage, The Early Years Framework and The Foundation Phase. It will also support your continuous professional development in line with the Early Years Teachers Standards.
