If it is an online order, we always aim to process it immediately. Face to face training is usually processed the same day or, at the latest, the day after the order has been placed (but this is not guaranteed). Once the order has been received by the team, it normally takes up to two working days to confirm. We will nevertheless send you an email (if an email address has been provided) to let you know when your order has been accepted.
On average, more than 97% of our requests are accepted on the day of request. Some, however, are susceptible to conditions outside of our control. On the few occasions that this may happen, it is more than likely that your request will be delayed. If your order has not been accepted on the given day, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service Team on 0161 884 3000 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us. We will do our best to locate your training request.
