More than 100,000 people are thought to be living with HIV in the UK, so it is important that Early Years practitioners know to deal with it. There is a very popular misconception that HIV and Aids are the same thing, and there is a stigma that comes along with this.
This course will examine the facts of both and provide information as to how they differ. It will also give practical advice on how to help a child with HIV or AIDS in your own setting.
