Anger isn’t always bad, it just needs to be controlled. It’s actually a completely normal emotion, the same as being happy or sad. You can use your anger to drive you, to make a change. It’s when you respond aggressively to the anger that it becomes a problem.

It’s important that you know what causes and triggers anger, as this can help you to manage it. Not everyone will get angry over the same thing. What might seem small to you might not seem so small to someone else.

This course will help you to see how anger can in fact be a good thing. It’ll also look at what happens in your body when you get angry and will help you find your triggers for anger.
