The role of a father is crucially important in a young child’s life, yet fathers often don’t have the same level of involvement in their child’s lives as mothers do. This course will look at the reasons why it is often such a challenge to get fathers involved, as well as examining ways you can improve engagement with fathers in your own Early Years settings.
