The Early Years practitioners need to be skilled when it comes to making best-fit judgements about a child’s typical development, while recognising that development is also individual to the child and all children learn at different rates.
This course will enable Early Years practitioners to fully understand their role as a significant adult in a child’s development, and what that responsibility incurs. This course will also ensure that all Early Years staff know exactly how a child develops, and how best the adult can support this development.
